Shipping and Delivery

Stock
All items are normally held in inventory directly with Allshot Americas or with the product distributor. Sometimes items are out of stock due to high demand or supply chain issues. If a product indicates that lead time is required, please contact us for shipping estimates.
Please note that some products are shipping from Europe and therefore, shipping timelines are extended.

Shipping
If a product is in stock, we aim to ship within 3 business days. If an item is on back order or is shipping from out of the country (primarily Europe), shipping dates will be extended. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Air canisters can only be shipped via ground due to US regulations. Because canisters are considered a dangerous good, a flat rate handling fee applies for all orders containing a gas canister.

ALSO, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when free shipping is selected. You can request shipping with a required signature for an additional $5 to avoid possible porch burglary.

In the event of a return, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving a delivery notification. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 7 days after delivery.
